Conditions
• Advance: at the time of booking with a deposit of 30% of the total amount
• Balance: at the beginning or during your stay
Arrival and departure
• You can take possession of the room on the day of arrival between 16.00 and 20.00 and free it on the day of departure before 10.00. For each hour spent beyond the established time you will have to pay the penalty of € 10.00. For arrivals in the evening hours, after 20.00, or for early departures, it will be necessary to notify our Reception Office (0923 972231) to agree on the delivery and release of the keys.
On the spot
• In no case is it possible to occupy the house with a number of people greater than that communicated at the time of booking. The descriptor, referring to generalized types of houses, is purely illustrative. For more detailed information and special needs, please contact our office at the time of booking. Case Gaia reserves the right, in any case, to replace the booked house if proven needs make it necessary and completely unavoidable. In this case, it will be the obligation of the company to provide alternative solutions on equal or better terms for the same amount. The non-acceptance by the guest will commit Case Gaia only and exclusively to the refund of the sum received as an advance. Pets are allowed only in the houses with availability of outdoor space and, in any case, after prior agreement.
• A deposit of € 100,00 will be requested upon delivery of the keys.
• Any breakage or damage will be charged and, if the deposit should prove insufficient, the supplement will be requested.
• Please note that parking spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are not guarded and customer items are not insured.
Cancellations
Any cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay will result in the payment of the following penalties:
A) cancellations up to 30 days: loss of 10% of the entire lease;
B) up to 15 days. Before: 30%;
C) up to 5 days. Before: 70%.
For the sums that exceed the capacity of the deposit, the balance is required according to the measures indicated above.
No refund will be due for cancellations communicated after these deadlines.
